Mr Siddharth Jain is Fellow member of ICAI, post graduate in Commerce who also acquired All India Rank in CPT exams held by ICAI. He also equipped himself with various post qualification Courses to keep up pace with dynamic enviroment. He has demonstrated experience of more than a decade into Accounting, taxation, Project Finance, and consultancy. He takes care of tax assessment, scrutiny & appeals. He also heads project finance department of the firm.
He has held leadership roles and has been in the forefront in articulating group philosophy and values and believes in a team building approach. He has been involved in various social activities throughout his life apart from his profession.
He was regular faculty at the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India taking the Orientation and GMCS courses from time to time.
CA Agam Jain

Mr Agam Jain an Associate member of ICAI is post graduate in Commerce. He has experience of more than 2 years into in Auditing and Taxation. He has experience of handling management audits, designing Standard Operating Procedures and managing risk based internal audits for several clients across different industries.. He also heads Audit department of Firm.
He is responsible for implementation of organization’s Standard processes. His strength lies in maintaining integrity and delivering client satisfying services
Apurv Gujrathi

Mr Apurv is Post graduate in commerce and a holder of Diploma in Financial Management from International Business Management Institute (Berlin, Germany). He has experience of more than 7 years into Accounting, Taxation, and financial consultancy.
With Siddharth Jain and Associates, Apurv looks after the Accounting and Direct Tax division and is also responsible for organization’s business development.
Apurv plays a pivotal role in providing nation-wide services to established firms and startups to caretake their accounting and outsourcing needs at various level
He is also actively associated with many social groups and Association dedicated towards betterment of the society. Apurv has also served as the Secretary of WICASA Pune for the tenure 2014-15.

Siddhant is an experienced Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the Audit industry. Skilled in Internal Audit, Accounting, Peer Reviews, Management Consultancy, Goods & Service Tax, and Financial Reporting. His work equity of 8+ years is diversified in providing services to Manufacturing, FMCG, Digital Advertising Startup, Corporate startup and Cross Border Exposure with opportunity to work with people from different cultural backgrounds.
He has depth and breadth of experience to drive audit and accounts activities in sync with the business needs. He has obtained a solid and profound understanding of how organization’s finance system should work for the simple fact that everything we do eventually ends up in the bottom line. He has been providing solutions and unlocking value for Business while constant learning inspires me and drives me to do more, do better. He is always open for an opportunity for not only ideating things with an ‘can-do’ attitude but also taking it ahead with successful buy-in from stakeholders and implementation. He always strive to make an impact – for the people around me, the society I live in and last but not least – to have a lot of fun along the way.
